UAS Professional Services

IAS provides our customers with a comprehensive set of implementation, project management, training, third level engineering support and maintenance services.

These services assure our customers that their UAS pilots, ISR operators, operations and support staff can take full advantage of the Viator Series UAS’s capabilities and realize the expected low cost of ownership.

IAS delivers fully integrated systems directly to its customer’s location.

IAS offers its customers an implementation service in conjunction with the delivery of its UASs. The implementation service includes a package of system familiarization, flight planning & control, ISR planning & management, and repair & maintenance. The implementation service package is customized to meet each customer’s unique requirements.

IAS offers its customers a project management service. The customer defines a specific mission or set of tests it prefers IAS to manage on its behalf. The project management service includes project definition, project planning, system integration, flight planning, flight management, operational support, and mission reporting. The project management service package is customized to meet each customer’s unique requirements.

IAS offers its customers a training service. The training service includes several different modules including: “train the trainer”, flight management, ISR management, operations management, software management, and repair & maintenance. Training can take place at IAS’ or the customer’s premises.

IAS offers its customers third level engineering support. Our UASs are fully integrated systems comprising a number of advance technologies and subsystems. IAS does not expect every customer to have staff expert on each of the technologies or subsystems. IAS offers a menu of third level engineering services which best suit its requirements.

IAS offers a repair and maintenance service. Repairs can take place at IAS’s or the customer’s premises.
